At the recent TSCI2023-Guangzhou International Textile Supply Chain Industry Expo, FLORA held a grand unveiling ceremony for the F4 Pro digital sublimation textile printer, and the FLORA X3 direct-inkjet digital printing machine, as one of FLORA’s key models, also made a wonderful appearance at the exhibition, selling a total of more than 10 sets of F4 Pro and X3 digital printing machines on the first day of the exhibition!
FLORA F4 Pro is not only the first wide-format textile digital printing machine equipped with 24 Epson S3200-A1 industrial print heads in China, but also has been heavily upgraded in many aspects to show its outstanding performance.
The F4 Pro boasts a maximum print width of up to 3.2 meters, with a top production speed reaching 2000㎡/h (speed mode) and 1,000 M²/h (precision mode). This is a 35% improvement over the previously launched F4 high-speed sublimation printer in the spring, injecting greater vitality into the textile printing industry.
Additionally, this model supports up to 6 color channels, with a single ink tank capacity of up to 10 liters, ensuring continuous ink supply during high-speed printing. It supports both dye-sublimation and water-based pigment inks, enabling a faithful reproduction of the original colors and enhancing the vibrancy of the printed products.
The inclusion of 24 Epson S3200-A1 printheads endows the F4 Pro with the capability of high-speed and high-precision printing, resulting in lifelike print effects without issues like banding, making it suitable for printing high-density fabrics.
Moreover, the F4 Pro is versatile in its application, accommodating various media types such as sublimation paper, wood grain paper, corrugated paper, and films. It supports a minimum substrate weight of 31 grams, offering users a broader range of possibilities.

This equipment is suitable for a variety of direct printing processes, including reactive, acid, dispersion and coating digital printing solutions.
