flora has a perfect after-sales service system, we have dozens of after-sales service technical support staff, in more than 60 countries have a perfect after-sales service network. We have a 24-hour after-sales response mechanism to provide you with worry-free service.
Q4.How long is the Flora warranty?
The shelf life varies from product to product, depending on the contract. During the warranty period, except for the wear and tear items (ink and cleaning agents, etc.), the rest of the accessories are replaced free of charge.

Q6.Will there be free training for new customers?
After the installation and acceptance of the products specified in the contract, Flora will provide on-site technical training services for a certain period of time. Besides, Flora will provide free training opportunities. The customer can send two operators to Flora’s training center for a week of free classroom training, and after passing the training, Flora will issue a certificate of training certification.
