Recently, there is exciting news from FLORA. Guangdong Hengyue Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. has made a one-time purchase of 18 FLORA F4 digital printing machines. Among them, the first FLORA F4 high-speed heat sublimation digital printer in the Shengze area, known as the ‘Speed Champion,’ has been confirmed to be located in Suzhou Huilong Transfer Printing Co., Ltd.
The FLORA F4 is equipped with 24 Epson S3200-A1 printheads, offering a maximum production speed exceeding 2000 square meters per hour. It supports textile fabrics of various specifications with widths of 2000mm and 3200mm. With 6 color channels, it faithfully reproduces the original colors of patterns. This is achieved through the integration of the Epson S3200-A1 printheads and the PrecisionCore™ print chip. Each printhead features a nozzle arrangement spanning up to 4.7 inches and a nozzle resolution of 600dpi (2 rows), enabling high-speed and high-precision printing without any streaking issues. It is particularly suitable for high-density fabric printing. In terms of printhead configuration, apart from the showcased 24-head 6-color setup, the FLORA F4 also offers specialized solutions with multiple printheads and colors tailored to the specific requirements of individual users
Meanwhile, FLORA’s classic popular model, TX-2000EP, has recently experienced a buying frenzy. According to Mr. Cui Chao, General Manager of Shanghai YuanYin Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a partner of FLORA, they signed contracts for 6 machines in a single day at the exhibition, with many companies preparing to expand their production capacity in anticipation of the upcoming peak order season in the second half of the year.
